加拿大的主要政党代表了谁的利益？ 哈巴的保守党代表了有钱阶层的利益；新民主党代表了劳工阶层的利益；自由党主要代表了中产阶级，也兼顾其他阶层，属于中间偏左。 哈巴政府为什么要提出削减政党拨款？ 冠冕堂皇的说法是要削减开支以应对经济危机，实际上是想利用经济危机作为招牌，削弱反对党的活动和宣传能力，最终整垮反对党，在今后的政治舞台上一党独大。 削减政党拨款难道不是好事吗？ 大多数加拿大人还是中产阶级和劳工阶层; 削减拨款就会削弱他们的代言人的活动和宣传能力，相对剥夺他们的话语权。哈巴的保守党所代表的阶层有的是钱，私人和团体捐款多多，公共拨款占活动经费比例小；而自由党和新民主党所代表的是中产阶级和劳工阶层，他们的捐款能力有限，公共拨款占活动经费的比例大。削减拨款对保守党影响有限，而对反对党会造成严重的打击。而现在这个金融和经济危机中，受害深重的中产阶级和劳工阶层的声音恰恰不容被削弱。 同时，削减公共拨款，增加私人和利益集团的政治捐款在政党经费里的份额，对民主政治是有害无益的。因为这样就会让政党沦为一些有钱的个人和利益集团的工具；有钱人和利益集团就可以通过捐款左右政治；而钱少的劳工阶层和中产阶级的利益就容易被践踏。 反对党联合推翻保守党政府不民主吗？ 执政党不能得到众议院多数代表的信任就要倒台，这是府院式民主的一条原则。反对党联盟的代表是在最近的大选中由选民投票选出的，占了61%选民的支持。由61%选民支持的政治团体执政是民意的体现，完全符合民主，也是有先例的。 再说，保守党以前试图联合魁人党推翻自由党政府，那就是民主的；现在轮到自己要被推翻了，就是不民主的。有这个道理吗？ 选票已说话？ 有人说选票已说话。是的，61%的选票是投给反对党联盟的代表的，他们组成政府合情合理。 理由不充分？ 有人说理由不充分。保守党政府在经济危机当前的情况下，对经济和民生不作为，大搞政党政治斗争，刻意削弱大多数加拿大人的话语权，还要什么样的理由才是充分的。 大选机会低 有人说大选的机会低。我也认同这个观点。如果保守党倒台，可以由反对党组成联合政府。
