Parents like me are always in a fight to manage how much gaming their kids can play in a regular week. Here is a list of game-related domains that I am blocking in a content-filtering router.

I used to use CyberPatrol but I find my kid probably find a way with TaskManagers to temper or kill the CyberPatrol process. It is supposed to be not killable, but somehow that computer gets screwed up and CyberPatrol either does not work or block everything.

And now I am using a content filtering router from NetGear. They can try as they might on their computer, but the router will be filtering the web content regardless, based on a schedule. And I can remotely control the router, while I cannot remotely control a locally installed CyberPatrol software.
